If any full price item in your order doesn't suit you, we will kindly accept your return in exchange for refund or store credit within 14 days from the date of delivery - provided the garment is unworn & presented in its original condition (free of odours, marks or signs of wear) + original tags intact. Returns that are damaged, altered or soiled in any way will not be accepted. To arrange a return, please email shop@kokoandrose.com with your order number & reason for returning the item(s) so we may respond with a return address + further information regarding the process. Please note, Koko & Rose is not responsible for return shipping costs. Should you wish to return, please select a trusted carrier with tracking as we are not liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages. All sale items are considered FINAL making them ineligible for return, exchange or store credit.
